Addressing the challenges in Power Module Trim & Form
Tooling Specialist Derksen
is a well-known supplier of precision mechanical parts and tools with more than 20 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing Trim and Forms tools.
Over the last years TSD has been successfully involved in numerous manual prototype and production trim and form tools for power modules.
The unique characteristics of Power modules requires a fully new concept of product handling and controlled trimming & forming operations, often combined with additional process steps such as Laser Marking and optical inspection.
Recognizing the need for automation, Tooling Specialist Derksen founded Trim Form Automation Europe.
This has led to the introduction of the TFA Flex Line.
